I have tinnitus in both ears, they aren't loud and they only bother me a bit when I go to sleep, but one ear has a *teeeeeeet* sound while the other one is wooshing, I dont hear a heartbeat in the wooshing ear, however when I do sport and my heart tempo rises, I feel the pulse in the wooshing ear, so my question is, is it normal to have tinnitus in both but each ear has a different sound? Or do I have a pulsatile tinnitus in one ear, if so what should I do to deal with it?
PS:I was diagnosed with blepharitis and chalazia in the eyelid next to the wooshing ear, could this be related?
