Whole milk full cream
My daughter is 2 years, till now i was giving her nan pro 4. How to transition to full cream milk? Shall i dilute it or not and how much to give amd how many times? Will it cause constipation?

Hi Milk it is better to give Toned than full cream..yes too much milk causes constipation.. please restrict milk to not more than 300ml per day
Next Steps
Toned milk is better over full cream either it be to kid or adults to prevent lifestyle diseases
