Transition from formula to cow milk
Hi Doctor,
My son is 2 years and I am trying to transition from formula (Nan pro stage 4) to cow milk. However, he is refusing it may be because of taste so I am forced to give him formula which I have to discontinue after few days when he turns 2 since stage 4 is only till 2 years. Is there any milk mix recommended to enhance taste & nutrition? Is Nan Grow or any other mix recommended to be mixed with cow milk ?

Firstly, limit milk to 200 to 300ml per day. Add dryfruit mix to milk for flavor. Or make smoothie with dates as sweetener.
If you need to add nangrow, don't add powder to cow milk.
Add powder only to water and mix formula milk with cow milk
