Whole body pain and joint pain
Hello doctor, my sister in law had period cramps and waist pain so we consult a gynecologist and he prescribed dienogest 2mg daily 1 for 90 days and meno help syrup. After taking these medicine s he develop body pain & joint pain .again consult the same doct and he suggest to continue the same.after 3month we consult another gynecologist and got to know she is pregnant for 16weeks and that why body ache happening,and as she taken around 80 Nam cold tablet doct said she may have a miscarriage soon.on 14th sept she has a miscarriage at hospital. But after that the same body pain and joint pain is happening. We consult another docter,did CBC,Rh factor,ESR ,uric acid,ASO ,FBS and thyroid test and diagnos with thyroid TSH 5.19 &ESR 53.took the medicine as per docter .after month again did the test esr is 30.but still the same pain she is having..Kindly suggest what to do? I'm attaching her test report & prescription

You should consult with some Qualified Gynaecologists . Your sister in law got hormones for three months when she was already pregnant. A qualified Gynaecologist will not do such things.

Hi dear her tsh  had come to be on higher side so that's why the doctor gave u medicine for it . Thyroid disease can cause body ache etc as well. If the body ache is persistent then I would want to know more details about it as to which joints are mainly affected ? when is the joint pain more in the day or evening ? Any other complaints ? Please consult so we can discuss all this and do the necessary investigations to find out the cause

Bodyache and joint pain with high ESR indicate that she has some infection and inflammation in her body . You should do Arthritis profile.
