Whole abdominal ultrasound

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Can an abdominal ultrasound detect a etopic pregnancy ( it mentioned ovaries are normal sonographically and uterus is normal in shape and size?) But tubes were not mentioned??? How to confirm pregnancy
