I am getting kind of depressive episodes the frequency of which has been increased to 1-2 a week from 1-2 a month or more in past.
I get frequent mood swings and emotional ups and down due to small things.
I need medical help but i am confused about whom to consult, a psychiatrist or a psycologist or a neuro physician.
