White thing in tonsils
Today morning I have seen 4 white spots in throat and in tonsils area having no pain and fever and cough as of now I am enclosing photo .Kindly guide what to do

If you don’t have any pain or other features of upper respiratory infection, this could be tonsillar keratosis - harmless debris being extruded from Inside the tonsil. This is not dangerous in any way, and can be managed by frequent gargles, or even manual removal. Can use warm saline for gargling or chlorhexidine solution.
