White substance
Hi Doctor,
From past one week I am noticeing a white, thick & smeely substance on my penis foreskin. If I wash it goes and skin become red.
Same again repeats on 3 days.
Pls help me with this.
Is it a serious issue.

That is nothing but the sebum getting accumulated under yr foreskin and it's very import to maintain genital hygiene. During your shower bath kindly clean the foreskin and the area below it with a mild cleanser like cetaphil or sebamed on. Daily basis.

To retract the penis and clean with a mild neutral cleanser and warm water
