White Tissue Like Substance In Urine- 188 Questions Answered

Lately I've been finding a lot of white, mucous like substance in my urine. It's usually long and stringy. I don't see it every time, but it is present more often than not. Also I don't have any other problems apart from this like pain or such. I'm unsure if this is just discharge or something else.
