I have a white spot in mouth from a week that is painful. What is it my younger brother also got 4-5 of these few days back. Can it be cancer i am anxious

Looks like Aphthous ulcer.Don't need to worry. Multivitamin tablets for 1 month. Neurobion tab daily for 1 month.

No it is not cancer. It is an Aphthous ulcer. You need to start: 1. Candid oral paint- for local application over ulcer three times a day for 7 days 2. Zytee gel - for application over ulcer half and hour after the 1 at medicine. For 10 days 3. Cap Polybion twice a day after food. For 15 days
