White speck near wisdom tooth
Few weeks back I went to my dentist as I had a wisdom tooth coming in. He said that let it grow as it has enough space but no although the tooth came out more there is a kind of small hole near it with white specks. It doesn't hurt still just a little uncomfortable. What is it?

Hi ,
When wisdom tooth erupt it tear your gum and then comes out .. in medical teminology its called operculum ( Teared gum / white speaks ).
In this your tooth is partially erupted and partially impacted beneath the gum .
If it is making you uncomfortable then you can go with operculectomy .

Keep rinsing after every meal to avoid food impaction .

See it seems to be either keratosis or some blister around inflamed gum
I suggest you to please share pic for confirmation of diagnosis.
Accordingly the treatment could be prescribed .

The area of 3rd molar is having white specks is opercular flap which is covering the part of tooth surface with some space in between the tooth & tissue surface (which you called as small hole) .
This space lodges food & might be causing discomfort. So maintain proper oral hygiene.
