Milia is usually around the eyelids and molluscum is fungal infection which is also not quite common upper lip area. It's better to take a consultation than self diagnosing and treating yourself as upper lip is called as dangerous area of face, because if infections that might occur due to unregulated treatment it can spread to brain.
