White rough patches on tongue
I have white rough patches on my tongue. Earlier there was only one for the past 2 years but now i have 4. No pain, no tobacco but it has rough touch. In the morning middle of the tongue is hard in feeling. No diabetes, No medications taken. Kenocart used but of no use. Already shown to many docotors but prob doesn't resolved. Some say avoid citrus fruits and some said eat plenty of citrus fruits. Confused plz help

These white patches could be leukoplakia of tongue. Could be because of deficiency of vitamin B.
