  4. White rash near genitals. A cream!

White rash near genitals
Recently I got a white rash on a small area of testicles and penis, I maintain very hygienic boxers but have no clue why I got the rash, it looks like patches of dead skin. I thought extra washing with soap will take care of this, its been a month and no change,  I'm not feeling itchy nor any pain. Pls advice a cream
