My tongue is quite normal, but after I eat spicy food I can see small white patches getting inflammation. I have a burning sensation for few seconds then everything goes back to normal. It's been over 3 months.

If you have habit if are arecanut chewing, burning sensation may be due to fibrosis. Or else it can be candidiasis.medications along with diet restrictions has to be followed based on history. You can consult me through this for prescription. Thanks
