I delivered a baby on 27th June 2025. I had groin infection immediately thereafter due to irritation of cleaning solution used for cleaning after delivery. I took fluconozole 150 mg for a while and the active groin infection (tiny bumps redness and irritation) subsided but the skin has become black.
Since I had frequent and irregular periods, i used sanitary pads. Then I developed white patches on vaginal skin.
For a month now since my periods cycle regularised to monthly once I did not use pad and the white patches seemed to subside. But since three days I got periods and used pad again. Again I have developed little skin patches as in the attached image.
I am terribly worried as it is recurring and not recovering. What is the cause and how to resolve this? Is it serious? Is there any natural home remedy? Pls help

There is some postinflammatory desquamation, it might be scaly for some time and the skin will be more sensitive. However it is advised to stop using any out of the ordinary products which contain fragrances or irritants or allergens. The chemical in the sanitary napkin or the moisture while wearing it might have triggered this. Not to worry. Consult if it is painful, itchy, locally warm or red and bumpy or if there is some concerning changes.
No need to worry.specific treatment is available.it depends on severity of the disease . Complete medical history is required..
Pls do online consultation with Dermatologist for detailed prescription & guidance.
