The white patches that you see on the teeth are due to a condition called as enamel hypoplasia.... the most common cause for this is dental fluorosis.... there is no mechanism to treat or cure this problem, but camouflage treatments can definitely be done to enhance the aesthetics of your smile..... you need to visit a dentist who can elaborate on the treatment options available for you.... please understand that these patches will never get removed by aggressive brushing which in turn can cause tooth abrasion or gum injury.... Regards....

White patches can be fluorosis or hypoplasia. Superficial patches can be removed by micoabrasion. Otherwise a well finished composite restoration  would match with your  tooth color.

White patches are of various types and are caused due to different reasons and the treatment also varies as per their cause . In general. ...you can either get it cleaned by machine (scaling ), or get it camouflaged with composite ,or if severity is more you can think about veneer or crown . Hope this solves your query . Take care

These white patches on the teeth may be due to calcium deficiency or fluorosis stains, these cannot be removed completely but can be faded by ultrasonic teeth scaling, or bleaching can be done, another option is to have ceramic cap or veneers on front tooth, but first visit a good dentist to evaluate your problem and to provide best possible treatment according to your condition. Thanks
