White patches on skin

Asked for Female, 1 Years

Few months back my daughter who is 8month old started having redness in genital area which I thought was diaper rash then started spreading in armpits , nose near eyes and now between toe fingers...i am worried if it is vitiligo or fungal infection as my husband's uncle have history of vitiligo....
