  4. White infection on the tongue. Cure it?

White infection on the tongue
Hello, My daughter has develop some infection in the middle of the tongue. It's a white patch. I tried cleaning it but with no result. I would like to know how to treat it? If there is any over the counter medicine available or any home made method to cure it? She is not experiencing any pain and is taking food normally but sometimes she don't eat. Please help. Thank you in advance

Most likely it is a fungal infection , apply candid mouth paint 3-4 drops in mouth over tongue, 5-6 times/day
