I see White flash of dots after coughing in right eye  I have got my retina examined by 2 doctors but no tear..I have myopia In right eye Number is 3.25 & in left eye 2.5.

Get your retina evaluated every 6 months. Until there is any treatable lesion. No intervention is needed.
