White dots on tonsil
Before couple of week I noticed white dots on right side tonsil. Other then this have nothing no pain no other symptoms. But it looks very weird I am very concerned.

It might be due to infection. You can do gargle with warm salt water 3-4 times a day , this will take care of the symptoms if they strt to develop
