Hi If white discharge is associated with any of the following you need to get yourself checked 1) foul smell 2) urinary complaints 3) lower abdomen pain 4) fever 5) vulval itching Delay in a period by month. If married or sexually active, pregnancy needs to be ruled out at first, then hormonal evaluations to ensure they are in balance. otherwise weight loss, physical exercise, low carb diet to maintain your periods regular.
Next Steps
Can consult gynec if not convinced
Health Tips
Remember getting periods 8 times in a year is still ok and acceptable for pcos patients.
