My son is having a small white discharge from his penis. He is active and no fever.while urinating and while touching complaining of little pain.

Penile hygiene is the most important thing . Always teach the child to retract the penile skin while passing urine . Also while taking bath he should clean the area with running water . Sometimes Smegmal collection in the area and inadequate cleaning can lead to such a condition .
