Thanks for your question. In simple terms, your mind has conditioned negatively towards the doctors as you call it coat syndrome. You may be having anxiety too.
It is advisable to seek a session with a Mental Health Professional who would help you in managing the anxiety and help you in coping with the thinking errors.
In addition, you can you do simple breathing techniques, pranayam, yoga and regular physical exercise, as this too helps in easing the anxiety.
Thanks for reaching out for help. Firstly, the cause of this needs to be established. If you have checked your BP levels at a clinic and then at home (multiple times) and after consulting about the results with a General Practitioner, try to check at a different hospital/clinic. Many a times, this rise could be because of the particular place. Secondly, worrying about this will do nothing to help your condition. What you will need is to work on avoiding it. You should not be taking any medication for this as it would be counter productive. Take the help of a psychologist/therapist to work on relaxation and breathing techniques that can help you avoid this.
Next Steps
Do talk to a pychologist who can help you with alternate therapy like NLP or Hypnotherapy as it can work wonders in helping you relax your mind and body thereby maintaining your BP level too in the process.
Health Tips
There is nothing to be scared about your problem. It is easily addressable with the help of a trained psychologist who can guide you with self-relaxation techniques.
