Clinical examination is required for proper diagnosis. Could be linea alba atthe occlusal line area. That is normal.

Hi..... These are ectopic sebaceous glands known as fordyce granules . Normally present in the buccal mucosa. It's a normal anatomical structure . No need to worry about, but can consult a dentist for a Clinical examination.
