Whistling sound in ear!

Asked for Male, 24 Years

Hello sir/madam, I am Vaibhav and since 2 years I having whistling like sound in my ear though it's not painful. But when I am in complete silence that sound becomes more prominent. Please suggest me treatment for it! Thank you! Vaibhav.
