While on periods , blood in stool
Hi
My period starts today and I noticed while passing poop there is a blood after stools , I went two times and both times after stool pass , there is blood. (It's not period blood , I m sure )

No need to worry. There may b multiple causes for this but most common is constipation. You can take stool softner. You need to change ur dietary and lifestyle habits as i can see you r software engineer. If condition is not improving in few days then u need a consultation.

Most commonly it is either an anal fissure or a hemorrhoids. Eat high fibre diet or take lactulose syrup if constipation is there. Sitz bath would be helpful.
