Which Vitamin tablets to take
Hi, I have been checking to get some information, I recently did some tests to check on Vitamin b12 and Vitamin D3, the result show that I have very low vit-d3 and borderline b12. How can I improve these vitamins and should I be worried ? I recently started eating egg but need some help if I have to take regular vitamin tablets. Looking forward for the response. Regards Harish
