Hi all the three medicines you asked for is Viagra (Sildenafil) , Common side effects are- headaches, impaired vision, indigestion and many. You can’t take it on daily basis. If want take 1-2 hr prior to sex. There are lots of Ayurvedic medicines which will help you to overcome Erectile Dysfunction. Viagra will only helpful when you use it.

All three are the same. Only different trade names. Dosage and timing depends on the condition and is decided by the doctor.
