Before starting any medication— it’s advisable to always discuss with your dr, about whether you need it in first place.
Manforce comes in 25 mg also - always try with smaller dose.
All currently available medication for ED works well - which one to chose depends on lot of factors ( patient factors / co morbid medical conditions )
