Manforce/Viagra Tablet
I am curious to know, can we take Manforce or likewise tablets, essentially 50 MG for the first time without doctor consultation. Is it okay to have it? Which medicine works best for ED. Won't be taking on regular basis, just wanted to use once! Looking for genuine advice

Hello. How are you. Hope you are doing well. Ideally you cannot get any such medicine without prescription. Normally it's safe but can cause side effects in some so need supervision

Hi, Consuming medications randomly like that might lend you in trouble someday as this may give you temporary satisfaction but may impact your future sexual life. Let me explain you about your issue in brief - Does it happen you get little Erection you feel you should go in and the moment you try to enter it goes down and it’s not hard enough for you to penetrate? Sometimes even if you penetrate you seem to lose your Erection soon? At some point in a man’s life, he may have difficulty achieving or maintaining an erection. Erection problems occur when you can’t achieve or maintain an erection that’s firm enough to have sexual intercourse. Erection problems are also known as: * erectile dysfunction (ED) * impotence * sexual dysfunction In your case I believe you have developed symptoms of Erectile dysfunction. However this issue is not a major problem to worry as there are medications and treatment available for the same. Rest assured your problem can be resolved.

Medications that create blood flow to the penis can't help when an erection is blocked by the fear or anxiety of the fight-or-flight response,” says Feloney. “This type of erectile dysfunction probably has a lot to do with evolution — men didn't need an erection when a dinosaur was chasing them." The best way to treat erectile dysfunction caused by performance anxiety, depression, a poor relationship, or stress may be with a combination of ED drug treatment and sex therapy, individual therapy, or couples therapy from sexual health professionals.

Before starting any medication— it’s advisable to always discuss with your dr, about whether you need it in first place. Manforce comes in 25 mg also - always try with smaller dose. All currently available medication for ED works well - which one to chose depends on lot of factors ( patient factors / co morbid medical conditions )
