Hello dear. Depending on your skin type, you may use either a water based moisturiser or a more creamy moisturiser.
Given the weather conditions and your oily acne prone skin, I would suggest that you use SEBA MED CLEAR FACE CARE GEL everytime you wash your face.

Though type of moisturizer depends on grade of acne and other ongoing topical treatment as many anti acne preparation can lead to excessive dry skin.
