Choosing the Right Moisturizer for Tretinoin Use on Oily, Acne-Prone, or Sensitive Skin. I’m looking for a suitable moisturizer that pairs well with tretinoin and is safe for oily, acne-prone, or sensitive skin. I don’t have any active acne at the moment, but I occasionally break out when I use certain products, so I don't use basically.and I'm scared to choose moisturizer bcs I breakout  . I’m looking for a proper moisturizer that won’t cause breakouts, im using tretinoin for open pores and some small acne ( I had acne before but used benzoyl peroxide and it's gone, but Im left  with open pores.
