Which lens is good for Glaucoma..?
Doctor, my question is among the following which lens is best for GLAUCOMA
1.Phaco with indian foldable lens
2.phaco with semi imported lens
3.phaco with imported lens(none aspheric lens)
4.phaco with imported lens (hydrophobic)
5.phaco with imported lens(blue filter aspheric) MICS
please suggest me ..

Go for Alcon Restore (Hydrophobic Aspheric Square edge Multifocal Acrylic) Intra Ocular Lens.
Suggest you to go for Triple Procedure i.e. Combined Procedure also called Phaco Trab . In which cataract surgery and glaucoma/pressure control independent of eyedrops/ medicines can be done in same sitting.

Either 4 or 5 depending on what one can afford, since glaucoma is a blinding condition its better to invest in good implant.
