Which is trusty???
I have tested sgpt 20 day ago then it come 74 So I go for ultrasound then report say uniform course in liver Now after 20 day I repeat ultrasound then it comes normal and sgpt is also 29 So which report is trusty ??? I m in worry and on udvil. 3000 What should I do ??? Report are attached

Both the reports may be correct on the day of the investigation as the value of serum enzymes changes with physical condition. Anyways a single enzyme fluctuations usually do not advocate for drug therapy.
