Which doctor to consult
I am experiencing back pain for about a week. I am not sure if I should visit a general doctor or an orthopedic doctor. My pain started when I got fever and has been there since. I had skipped a few lunches prior to that and my sleep cycle hasn't been regular, I have a doubt on acidity too for the pain.

Chiropractic Mobilization will help. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Sometimes when we take rest for long time, muscles become weak. After recovering from fever you should consult a physiotherapist. Some strengthning exercises and posture maintenance can give you relief.
