Which ayurvedic painculer  is good
Dear sir My grandfather is 80 years old, has been facing bone erosion issues and consulted more clinics /doctors but due to a lack of articular cartilage and synovial fluid, no solution was found at this age. there is no option without painkiller, Please suggest to me which painkiller is good for him without side effects for daily consumption

Paracetamol 650gram thrice a day- if mild pain if pain is severe- T. Tramadol (50mg) twice a day but u will need a prescription for tramadol as it is not over the counter drug. Cold packs 2-3 times a day ,20 min each can help

He has severe arthritis and all the painkillers wil only help you reduce the pain momentarily..His basic issues remain unresolved..his knee continues to remain Arthritic.. Chronic pain killers can be hazardous for his kidneys and he may head for another issue to add on.. Consider knee replacement, his quality of life wil get better..
