My Vit d level was very very low below 10 st johns doctor precribed d360 for 6 week once weekly and 4 months monthly problems have not been cure completely hence i consulted doctor online he told me to take cap uprise 60k daily for week and once weekly for 4 weeks can i take tablets as he adviced
