When to undergo for sonography

Asked for Female, 31 Years

Hello doctor, I am in 5 week of pregnancy, check with urine pregnancy test and it came out +ve two times. My queries - What all precautions I have to take, as this is my first time. When to go for sonography. Please advise me. Thanks
