You should not stop the duphalac tablet.Continue it.Do pregnancy test by blood or urine.If comes negative means no pregnancy.But blood test is 💯% confirmatory.

You should continue duphastone. In urine pregnancy test you require missed period. With blood HCG test pregnancy can be detected early
