NICARDIA 10 MG DURING PREGNANCY
Respected sir/madam My wife 21 weeks pregnant now. At 12th week she had fetal reduction from triple to twins. Now at 20 weeks onwards my wife got bleeding. and my doctor told that bleeding is from reduction baby and used trapic 500 mg injection to stop bleeding. While using injection bleeding gets stopped but again bleeding after one day. Today my doctor suggested to use Nicardia 10 mg tab due to pain at reduction fetus. Please suggest whether the bleeding stops or not from the reduction baby and also suggest whether any effect to the remaining two live babies if bleeding continous. Is it safe to use Nicardia 10 mg Thank you

Hello the exact cause of bleeding should be ruled out.I suggest you to get one scan done just to confirm that the other two babies are not having any problem. Also she should receive progesterone injection. Please consult on my link for the prescription. After that bleeding will stop. And it is better to use duvadilan 10 mg tablet rather than nicardia. You can send me the scan reports for further guidance.
