I wanted to start taking suvidha contraceptive pills...when should i start taking it ..like on the first day of my periods or on the 5th day of my periods?

You can start Suvidha contraceptive pills on Day 1 of your periods (the first day of bleeding). This gives immediate contraceptive protection.
Alternatively, you may start on Day 5 of your periods, but in that case, you should use additional protection (condoms) for the first 7 days of pill use.
