When i stop sex before period
How many days before the period should stop the sexual activity ? I also planning for child at the same time. Please suggest.

Hello. There is no recommended time to stop sexual intercourse before menses. If you are planning pregnancy, having intercourse from 11th day to 21st day of cycle will increase chances of pregnancy if you have regular periods.Since you are planning pregnancy, start taking folic acid tablets also.
