Hello!
Do you also get a blocked nose? Also, do you feel any trickle down your throat, phlegm in your throat and dry cough?
If yes, this could be sinusitis that you are facing...
Also, do you have any bleeding gums, blood in urine ir stool?
Next Steps
You might need to get a diagnostic nasal endoscopy and/or a ct scan of paranasal sinuses, apart from some blood investigations based on the answers to the questions above,following which a probable treatment can be decided.
