What to feed my 6 month old
Hello doctors My baby is now 6 months old.What should I do now ? How much breastfeeding is required and what items I should feed him. My in-laws are suggesting to feed him the regular food that I am having in mashed form, but I am concerned about the spices but they are suggesting that he will adjust his palate accordingly.
Kindly guide me.
