Doctor my 4 dose Anti Rabies vaccination schedule is Day 0 3 7 28 intradermal along with TT on Day 0 i already took 3 doses and Last Day 28 Vaccine is due on 11th July but today on 5th July 1 hour ago A Street Dog scratch me with nails on my hand skin redness and drop like blood comes out No Wound so should i have to Re-start vaccination from Day 0 or i have to take extra dose of vaccine ?

Take care of the wound and wash it with soap and water for atleast 15 minutes.
Continue with the last dose of vaccine.
Consult with the local physician and Get the IVIG for rabies for local administration.
