Ovarian cancer can be from its outer layer or from connective tissues or from germ cells present in ovaries Bilateral ovaries Timor . Evidence of free fluid in pelvis , involvement of parabaortic lymph nodes are more suggestive of malignacy of ovaries One sided cyst with positive blood Timor markers n Doppler study , but no free fluid or spread to other ovary and no lymphnodes , is more localised malignancy MRI abdomen pelvisgives preoperative planning Operation in terms of getting out both ovaries , Fallopian tubes n uterus along with onentectomy . Post surgery chemotherapy is advocated

Hi. The report shows a ovarian  tumour . The tt is surgical removal as early as possible . After the biopsy futher tt may be required . Early diagnosis and early tt will give a cure .
