Endometrial hyperplasia is ok. But you need to watch for any abnormal bleeding pattern . Serous cystadenoms is a benign rumour of ovary but recurrence can be there and so you better follow it up

The ovarian cyst is a harmless cyst which is not cancer and is not likely to emerge in future
