What kind of acne scars do i have?

You actually have mixed type of acne scars mostly ice pick scars , few box and saucer type scars  with redness and pigmentation. So after checking your overall condition, I would suggest multi treatment approach which includes Microneedling Mesotherapy and PRP (for acne scars) plus Hollywood Laser peel (for pigmentation and redness).
Next Steps
