I am taking telma 40 mg since the past two years- BP had become quite better
All the last readings at hospital would be around 120/80 - even at home, the numbers would be okay
But since the past one week, this is staying around 140/145 - almost every reading is around this number
Doctor wants to add another med but i wanted a second opinion because at 26 one bp medicine should be more than enough. I feel.
The trigger, I can think of his excessive sugar consumption since my sister brought a lot of chocolates from Canada
