What is wrong with my systolic bp
I am taking telma 40 mg since the past two years- BP had become quite better All the last readings at hospital would be around 120/80 - even at home, the numbers would be okay But since the past one week, this is staying around 140/145 - almost every reading is around this number Doctor wants to add another med but i wanted a second opinion because at 26 one bp medicine should be more than enough. I feel. The trigger, I can think of his excessive sugar consumption since my sister brought a lot of chocolates from Canada

You will even not require to take a single pill.maintain less salt diet with weight reduction. Your pill requirement will go immediately. As of now no new drug addition is required. But keep ur bp check regularly.
