It’s seems to be adenolith ( tonsils stone ) stop smoking and stay hydrated ,donot apply anything visit an ENT so that he can remove it and prescribe u some medication for tonsillitis due to that stone . No need to worry it will be a simple procedure .

It’s a sialolith it is calcification in the salivary duct opening, Visit ur dentist and get it removed And if u encounter these frequently then u need to undergo some X-rays Till then take antibiotics ie. Augmentin 625 for 3 days Have some citrus fruits that stimulates salivation U can have limce tablets Keep urself hydrated
